Section 22. The great seal. There shall be a seal of the State, which shall be kept by the Secretary of State, and used by him officially. Said seal shall be called The Great Seal of the State of Utah. The present seal of the Territory of Utah shall be the seal of the State until otherwise provided by law. 23.
