This week lets take the yard and exterior of your home and look at it as a prospective buyer would. This is called the curb appeal. As you list your home for sale, be afraid to take extra measures to help your home stand out. The Houston-base- office located in the Gateway Plaza (563 West 500 South, Suite 230), is the fifteenth Home Loan Office and the fourth state where Home Loan does mortgage banking. Home Loan plans to open two or three additional Utah offices by 1998, which will employ approximately 30 people. Kay R. Ashton has been named the Vice PresidentDistrict Manager for Utah operations. Ashton previously managed Key Bank mongage operations for the state of Utah. Karen K. Kennington, who also comes from Key Bank, is the Utah Operations Manager for Home lxun. Debbie Andersen is the sales managerloan officer for the Bountiful Office. Andersen joins Home Loan after more than twenty-five years with Zion's Bank. At Zion's, Debbie was the number one mortgage producer for the past several years. Bret L. Boggess, who will also be originating loans out of the Bountiful office, comes from Freedom Mortgage, where he was the top producer in Freedoms Layton office during 1996. Stacie L. Bean and Stefani Jackson are loan assistants that will help in the processing of loans. The front desk and the shipping of closed loan files will be handled by Kathy Gunther.
