But if you want a gentle, easy going cat, he's the guy for you. He's neutered and unfortunately had been dedawed. Still, he was one of the hundreds of healthy, gentle animals scheduled to be euthanized last week at one of the many public animal-contrshelters in the Salt Lake area. His beautiful orange fur was dirty and matted to the skin. He'd obviously been neglected. Wasatch Humane hopes to give him the second chance he deserves for a loving home where he will be kept safe indoors for the rest of his life. We've had him groomed, vaccinated and microchipped. Now all he needs is a home to call his own. He enjoys curling up on a shelf or desk to sleep or think, or sometimes to just casually observe people and activities. (He is a philosopher of cat and human behavior!) If you have an extra chair or sunny perch, please consider opening your heart and home to e Wizard or another animal, like Amber.
