Thankfully, nobody was hurt, and our insurance company covered the repairs to the car. To be was pretty angry at first, honest, but I got over it. After all, accidents do happen, and Amy tearfully acknowledged her mistake and promised to be more careful in the future. So I forgave her, and pretty soon she was on the road again. Her second accident was clearly her fault. At least, that's what the merge. Unfortunately, she did so just as the car in front of her slowed almost to a stop. Shes embarrassed about No. 3, and Im embarrassed that after three accidents in less than two years she even had an opportunity to have relay segments, I had the opportunity to visit with both Mr. and Mrs. Willey. I can truly understand why Walter was selected to represent your community. As a torchbearer, I realised that carrying the Olympic flame would be an unforgettable experience. What made this event more gratifying was relaying the historic Olympic Flame to a person who himself is a valuable chapter in Utah history. Coincidentally, Mr. Willey and joked about the Flame being passed from Walt Wetzel (045) to Walt Willey (046). Our shuttle coordinator mentioned that this was a first" in the relay as of that date. And so shes on the road literally. Shes doing a lot again of walking these days, not because Im trying to punish her or because I dont love her. I forgive her, fully and completely. But that doesnt change two new facts of her life; she is not currently insured, and because of that she cant drive at least, not until she can afford to auto insurance purchase high-ris- k for herself. When it comes right down to it, life is basically a series of choices. While we are free to choose as we wish (or, at the very least, free to choose how we will respond to choices that are imposed upon us), we are not free to choose the consequences of our choices. They just happen. Sometimes we get off easy; sometimes we dont. Thats why it is so important that we choose well in the first place. When you consider the possible consequences of poor choices over which we have no control, it isnt worth the risk. Just ask my insurance company. Published by Co., Inc. P O.
