Performing the ceremony was former Carbon County resident, Bishop George (Buck) Young. The bride chose to wear her mothers wedding gown of satin with lace panels caught up by satin roses around the hemline. The long sleeves and neckline are accented by reappliqued lace. The wedding dress was originally fashioned and designed by the brides aunt, Ruth Thayn and her grandmother, Birdella Colby. The matron of honor was Keelie Reardon, the brides sister. Teri Wilson and Anne Thayn, cousins of the bride, Jolene Winn, Michelle Axleguard and Jody Payne, a sister of the groom, were the bridesmaids. Performing the duties as best man was Terry Harvey. Ushers for the groom were his brothers Tom, Gary and Jeff Harrison and a brother - in - law Craig Payne and Mitch Johnson. Patrice Anne Richens Richens-Marrel- li o Were in tune with YOU ! Denis is a 1974 graduate of Carbon High and attended the College of Eastern Utah. He is employed at Utah Power and Light in Huntington. The couple will make their home in Helper.
