Mrs. Glendon Anderson and Mrs. Myron Mickelsen and children went to visit their parents from Wednesday to Saturday of last week. Mrs. Anderson visited Mr. and Mrs. Owen Staley in Coalville, and Mrs. Mickelsen visited Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Brooks in Hoyt-svill- Mrs. Effie Pmegar and her son, Mr. and Mrs. James Pinegar, Provo, visited her sister and brother-in-law- , Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Jensen Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Hans Larsen suffered a heart attack. He is at home. We send him our best wishes for a quick recovery. His family is giving him the good care he needs. The DUP had a quilting this week at the Senior Citizens Center. The quilt was done for Mrs. Leah Jensen, a former DUP member, now living in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Gail Heath purchased the home of Leah and the late Emel Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Christiansen were living in it. They have moved to . - ns i $29-339- 0 Mayfield. Mr. .tnd Mrs. Russell Heath have moved into the home and are buying it from his parents Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hales and daughter moved into their new home this week. It is located south of his parents home, Mr. and Mrs Marwood Hales. The DUP Kitchen Band entertained the Senior Citizens of Manti Friday evening at their Senior Citizens Center. Lee Christensen, Price, was visiting his father, J. Arthur Christensen, Friday and Saturday. Melvin (Maxine) Mrs. Christensen had surgery at the Utah Valley Hospital Tuesday, April 4. Her family was with her. Melvin brought her home Sunday. We wish her well on a speedy recovery. Mr. and Mrs. David Poulson and family, Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs. Scott Larsen, Provo, were home over the weekend with parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Poulson. David came down to do guard duty with the National Guard. Mrs. Larsen (Tonya) is finishing her student teaching. Mr. and Mrs. Bladen Christensen, Fair Oaks, Calif, Eldon and Christensen, MacGrath Alberta, Canada, are visiting their sister, Mrs. Alvretta Draper, and other relatives for several davs. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Allred had a baby boy Saturday, April in the SevierValley 1, 1978, Hospital in Richfield. He weighed 5 lbs. 13 oz. and has two brothers, Wade, 8, and Dane, 5. He will be named Klyn. lbs proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Byron Allred and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Holt, Salma. are Mr and Mrs. Horace Horn, Salma; Mrs. Lillis Holt, Mesquite, Nev ; and Mrs. Eldne Nielson, Richfield. All of the families of Sidney and Nellie Peterson met at the Chiam Restaurant in Provo March 19 for Sid's birthday. Her mother is 104 years of age and doing pretty well. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lund, Sandy, came down over the weekend for the birthdays of their sons, Jay and Junior.
