The other Roy football team came out of the locker room to totally dominate the second half, and score four unanswered downs. When the dust had settled, the Royals had amassed 255 yards rushing, and another 25 passing yards for a total of 280 yards. Unlike previous Roy teams, the Royals ran the ball 38 times and passed only 12 times for the game. They averaged 6.7 yards per carry and hit on five of 12 passes for 25 yards. The Royals used six ball carriers in running around, through and over the Ben Lomond defense. Russ McBride carried ten times for 52 yards, Aaron Eppley ran eight times for 44 yards and the TD. Jamie Garcia exploded 53 yards on a TD scamper and carried three more times for 64 total yards. Jeff Vigil carried eight times for 49 yards including one TD jaunt of 25 yards. .
