Ken Turner said he and Stan Beagley formed B and T tainment Corp. to purchase the Layton and Ogden outlets of Keith Jorgensens. Turner works from the Layton store while Beagley is in the Ogden outlet. The purchase of the Layton outlet represented a merger of the Ogden and Layton franchises, Turner said. The Ogden store was purchased in 1986 and after a successful year the decision to buy the Layton store was made. Turner, who lives in Layton, said he began his association with Keith Jorgensens several years ago as a salesperson in the Salt Lake store. Beagley began by selling in an Orem location. The two men had been high school friends and after several years decided to form the new Clinton woman named director of Hospice group:;; CLINTON Suzanne Phillips, a resident of Clinton, has been named executive director of Hospice of Northern Utah. it The organization provides emotional and support care for the terminally in North Davis County, as far as Bountiful, as well as Weber and Morgan counties.
