Show 6C Area teen wins twirling titles Lakeside Review, Wednesday, March 25, 1987 Officers of NDJH honor society named CLEARFIELD Melinda Nixon has been elected president of the National Junior Honor Society chapter at North Davis Junior High School. She is a at the junior high. Melinda is the daughter of Galen W. and Annice Nixon. Other honor society officers serving with her are: Ryan Taylor, who was elected vice president; Christyn Halliday, who will ninth-grad- er serve as secretary; Wendy Ture-sothe chapter treasurer; and Lauri Perry, who was elected historian. Members of the honor societys advisory committee are: Sonja B. Kelsey, who serves as committee chairperson; Eloie Collier, Kelly Gorman, Nolan Fawcett, Judee Murray, and Richard Layton. The pageant was held in Idaho. In the open events Tami took first place in Miss Majorette, dance twirl, and twirl solo.
