He was born April 14, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Herman and Martha Clark Ritchey. He married Sylvia Kaye Hess, January 26, 1985, in Elko, Mevada. He was a graduate of Coldwater High School and Michigan. He attended Kelloge Community college for two years, and received a Management Certificate from the Northwest Technical College. He had been general manager of the Acorn Building Components Inc. in Clearfield. He was active in dancing and had been a youth counselor on drug and related problems. Surviving are his widow of Roy, one son and one daughter from a former marriage, Alton Ritchey, El Paso, Texas; Sherry Ritchey, Coldwater, Michigan; three stepdaughters, Tina Tims, Brandi Tims and Jayne Tims, all of Roy; and his parents of Cincinnati, Ohio. The big game hunting license will go from $10 to $15, and the combination license will go from $26.30-wit- h the trout stamp-t- o $35. However, licenses purchased prior to April 29 at the old prices will be good throughout 1985. Trout fishermen will still be required to buy the trout stamp prior to April 29, but the Utah Wildlife Board will almost certainly drop the trout stamp requirements under the new fee schedule.
