A sophomore at Layton High School, he is also a priest in the Layton 16th LDS Ward. Grant Finlinson, age 14, son of David and Judith Finlinson, 1533 W. 1700 S., Syracuse, decided on a project to help earn his Eagle Award. Without mentioning it to anyone, he bought the materials, constructed a bicycle rack and approached the city to present it for use. Grant attends North Davis Ju- nior High. The rack constructed of wrought iron will be placed in Review two weeks before his 13th one of the city parks. Loren B. birthday.
