Monday evening she accompanied them on a fishing trip to Burraston but their fishing was not very successful. w, Mr. and Mrs. George LeFevre and two grandchildren Wade Hofeling and Janette Wilson who were visiting with them and relatives, Mrs. Verda Tebbs, Mr. and Mrs. Peter LeFevre and Clifford LeFevre all from Panguitch who came for the wedding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Keith LeFevre and who were overnight guests of the George LeFevre s attended the William Owen and Sara A. Orton family reunion held Saturday at the Payson Park. The group present enjoyed lunch, a meeting and a program. Janette Wilson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Monte Wilson of Ogden spent the week end with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George LeFevre. Mr. and Mrs. Jess Angus and children, Jimmy, Kevin and Brian from Freemont, Calif., arrived here Sunday noon on a weeks vacation. They were house guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elvon Butler. Monday afternoon they visited with his relatives at Springville. Tuesday night the Angus family joined with their family members, brothers and sisters and families at the home of Jess Angus sister, Mrs. Hazel Court and family at Mapleton for a get together. They all enjoyed dinner and visiting together. They left Salt Lake Wednesday by plane for New York to visit another daughter, Mrs. Rosalie Oates, and family. They will leave by plane for Glascow, Scotland and from there to their native country, Munich, Germany. Mrs. Dale (Neta) Reese of Provo visited with her father, Mr. Rex White, last Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Jasperson and son, David, from St. Louis, Missouri and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hoff from Rome, Georgia are visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bee Jasperson. They all enjoyed the wonders at the Timpanogos Cave and outing with a luncheon and sightseeing. The Elton Reunion was held at Payson Saturday with about 50 family members present. Members came from Salt Lake City, Tooele, Genola and Goshen. As usual father Sam Elton was the honored guest and they all had an enjoyable time. Phono 274-330- and Mrs. Leland Neilson of Orem. Mrs. Coopper is the former Judy Penrod of Elberta. Winnifred White, and four children are vacationing at Lake Tahoe with their daughter and sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ricardo (Diane) Echevarrieta. They also took Roby and Lisa home to their parents. The children had been vacationing with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kirk. Mr. and Mrs. V.L. Beck of Ogden were weekend guests at the home of Mrs. Eva Cook. Mrs. Delia White left Wednesday for Denver, Colo, for a vacation at the home of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin White. 138 members of the John Thomas family met for a reunion last Sunday at the Salem Park. Those attending from Goshen were Mr. and Mrs, Sher Thomas, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Thomas and family and Mrs. LeAnn Larsen and family. Thursday evening Mrs. Morgan and Mrs. Tietjen attended the exercises for Hallie Ann when she received her certificate in practical nursing. Mrs. Loyd (Leann) Larsen and four children of Riverside, Wyoming spent the week at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sher Thomas. She also attended the Thomas Reunion. The Senior Citizens of Eureka and Goshen chartered a bus and journeyed to Nephi where they met with Senior Citizens from Nephi and Fountain Green. The rain stopped the group from going up Nephi Mrs. Lucile (Poulson) Jacob of Salt Lake City visited her mother, Mrs. Alice Poulson, last weekend and visited her brother, Stanley Poulson, at the Payson Hospital. w, Many relatives and friends were in town to attend the wedding reception for Mr. and Mrs. Merril Oram held in the Goshen Ward Hall Saturday, to take the group up the canyon. Colleen Menlove and her cousin, Pamla Angus who was visiting in Spring Lake, with her family went to Payson Friday afternoon where they enjoyed swimming for a while at the pool in Payson Park. Mr. and Mrs. Jfess Angus and four children who have visited with her parents and sisters and with his family at Springville left Saturday morning to return to their home at Freemont, Calif. They attended the viewing at the Mortuary in Salt Lake for her uncle, Lawrence Twede, with her parents Friday night. The four couples spent a fun night together before the Keith LeFevres left to return to Louisville, Ky. their husbands Mr. and Mrs. Elvon Butler were hosts to a patio party and a delicious turkey dinner at their home Wednesday night at which three of their daughters with their families were present. The happy affair was arranged while their daughter, Erna-deand husband, Jess Angus and children Pamela, Jimmy, Kevin and Brian were here from their home in Freemont, Calif. It was also planned in honor of the birthday of Mrs. Angus which occurs on Aug. 20. Mrs. Dorothy Moore has been convale-sin- g at her home after being released from the Utah Valley Hospital Thursday of last week, where she spent a week after undergoing surgery. Mrs. Elvon Butler and her sisters, Mrs. Paul Bigler, Payson, and Mrs. Ray Lofgran, Springville, motored to Salt Lake Tuesday afternoon after receiving word of the death of their brother, Lawrence (Larry) Twede who died Tuesday, Aug. 18 in a Salt Lake Hospital. They visited with Mrs. Twede and her daughter. Mr. David Moore and the members of his Sunday School class had a fun party They went up Payson Thursday night. Flat where they had Can Beer to. Mr. and Mrs. Eldred Fisher are enjoying a visit from their daughter, Diane James Williams and their and five children from Inglewood, Calif, who arrived here Saturday. They hiked seven miles to their campsite at Fish Hatchery Lake. Scouts that went were Lee Mitchell, Orlan Larsen, Ray Butler, Ronald Zeeman, Ross Lyman, and Terry Jacobson. Their Scout Master is Larry Griffith. The boys had a very good trip. Fathers, Orlo Larson, Grant Lyman and Bishop Kenneth D. Butler helped to haul the scouts, horses and equipment to and from the place where they camped. Mr. and Mrs. George LeF evre motored to Salt Lake after work Friday evening where they met their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Hofeling and the two families attended the Circus at the Salt Palace which they quite enjoyed.
