Until recently they were stationed at Ft. Ord, Calif Lt. Raty has served about half of a three year enlistment. A lovely and talented member of the younger set, Mrs. Raty is a daughter of Mrs. V. C. Butler. Her father died recently while she was awaiting to leave for Germany. Mrs. Raty attended University of Utah, and after graduation was employed as interior decorator for the Army and also as stewardess for an Air Line. Lt. Raty comes from Ogden.
