520 Vol chair obstacle courses 25 50 100 and 200 meter w alks 25 and 50 meter assisted walks 25 and 50 meter sprints 100 and 400 meter races 4 x 00 meter relay races softball throws tennis ball throws running long jump and standing longjump Great lessons can be learned while watching these special people stretching themselves to the limitenjoy ing the competition of the games In one particular race people of varying age and capabilities were competing As the race started one tall athlete stretched out and handily won the race with others trailing behind him The last of the group was a little girl who was giving it her everything but couldn’t hope to catch the others After everyone else had crossed the finish line she stopped running and walked The nouncer shouted “No don’t stop keep running!"
