library on Saturday Jan 12 Many things were going on with small group and with individuals A scout eagle project (Burke Day) was being completed private interviewing by an outside agency family visits visiiori for the Quilting Show and for the Art Show and over a hundred books were circulated During the previous week our windows were washed on the inside by outside will community scrvice-thave to wait for spring to come again We have added thirteen shelves to our YP and Adult fiction sections having about run out of room for our growing collection Eagle Projects Appreciated Burke Day son of Lee and Diana Day of Fillmore brought hit crew of family and friends to assemble five sets of wooden shelves which reall the holes for the quired supports for the shelves and assembling them They also had to move a lot of books before and after the assembling and placing the shelves in the rooms designated Two sets were placed in the Special Collections room one in the Media Room one in the office and one in the study area for the new Library of America Set received through a grant Three new volumes of this American literature and history set also arrived this week Videos We would like to remind you of our Video collection and policy In making our one year report on this grant we have noticed that our advertising has been lex with this project The library board established a policy of charging $5 refundable deposit for a check out The videos are educational historical and entertaining One set of videos is on Teen Issues such as Drugs Self Esteem Suicide Abuse Aids etc with videos also for parents The Utah Energy Office has provided us with 10 videos or home repair for energy efficiency These ire also for circulation If there is not a VCR available to a patron they may vie w
