made a trip to Rexberg Idaho to visit with Bruce and Halley Hersh and girls Brook and Amidey The girls came back with Nayon to visit for the season of potato harvesting The schools discontinue for two weeks there so the young people may help in the potato harvest Carmen Hepworth and Dora Rose Michael Elaine and accompanied David Rose to the Manti Temple on Wednesday evening David will enter the MTC on the fifth of October to begin his mission for the LDS Church He will be gone for two years to the Spokane Washington Mission We all wish him the best The freedom loving people everywhere could not Mae Bunker (a week ago) went to Salt Lake and took Barbara Brown as she had a doctor appointment Cleo Eliason visited a few days in Salt Lake with her daughter and family Julia and Steve Miner and to get acquainted with her new granddaughter On Saturday evening all the children and ail the grandchildren of LaFaun Skeem met at the home of Douglas Lovell in Salt Lake to honor their mother LaFaun with a surprise birthday party Janet Eliason has just recently returned home after having spent three weeks in Switzerland where she visited with a girl friend She also toured into Germany and several other places Russell and Marlene Black from Yuma Arizona visited over the weekend with mother Eunice Black and grandma Vilate Max field Also coming to visit with her parents was Angela Black and her
