Distract yourself - While television is an obvious distraction you can use while cleaning, it isn't the most portable. My current favorites are audio books and podcasts when I have to tackle rooms R R N R N R R R N i I 0 Pick one area - When you look at your house at a whole, maybe it is a bit overwhelming to see much needs to be done. If this is true for you, just pick one part of your house that you know you can accomplish. Maybe it's one room, or maybe you know that you are only up to doing laundry.
