Just about every one I know waited and waited and for waited Edward Scissorhands to finally make it to St. George. When I was finally able to get away and go and see it, I was somewhat let down. Okay, it was probably my fault for expecting too was much, but well, expecting a little more. This really is a good movie but with all of the talent here I think they could have came up with a better ending than having someone just die and then kind of just letting it go at that. Being rather critical of the huge success of Home Alone an Kindergarten Cop I was rather hesitant to go see 1 either. But since Arnold Schwarzenegger was in Kindergarten Cop, I thought I'd give it a shot. Well, so much for notions. I really liked this movie. I wasn't the cute little kids that made me like it, although they were pretty funny. What I really liked was Schwarzenegger. I still can't exactly explain what I liked, I just know I did. The movie is about a school, Penelope Anne Miller to make the situation a Just little more interesting, teacher is the ex-wi- and the the drug dealer, Richard Tyson gets out of jail in time to go after her and the son toj provide for an exciting climax This movie is mostly set in Astoria, Oregon, so a lot of the outdoor shots feature a great deal of scenery from there. This was an added bonus since I have spent a lot of time in Oregon and it was really cool to see places where I had actually been. After watching both of these movies, it seemed kind of weird that I liked the movie I had no plans on watching better than the movie I waited to see for almost a month. I guess it just goes to show that you really can't depend on much of anything these days. hiteh okf a nngi |
