The four missionaries soon learn that trying to establish a mission among unwilling people is quite a difficult experience After many trials a mission is finally established, but m no way does that assure smooth sailing In the end the missionaries come to a question of ethics They have to decide if they should follow the suggestions of their church, or let their conscience be their guide Overall this is not an action packed, no script film, but it is an extremely moving, and dramatical picture. At times the movie seemed to drag on but it somewhat did balance out if you add some of the extremely tense moments There was some violence, a little more descriptive than I thought it needed, but compared to most of todays movies it ranged average So if youre looking for a more mature.thoughtful film, I would recommend The Mission. It has all of the right ingredients needed for a truly special movie. comST GEORGE The 1987 mittee, shown here, is hard at work planning many exciting and fun activities D- - Week, called one of the biggest celebrations of the year, will run from Apnl 5-- 1 1 On Friday, April 10, something new, something hot, at 9 p m , the Dixie Center Arena will rock in concert with Visions followed by a dance at 1 p m p activites Eighteen hours of on Saturday, April 11, will make this an unforgettable one years The final day will begin with the annual painting of the D at 7a m , the parade follows at 10 a m.
