Pundit Hariprasad Chaurasia, a leading Indian classical flutist, will perform Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Jtah Museum of Fine Arts Auditorium on the university campus. He will be joined by tabla player Shafaat Ahmed Kban. The series will continue Oct. 5 with a classical dance performance by Ami Patel. The concert will be given at Highland Park Elementary School, 1738 E. 2700 South. The series will conclude Oct. 12 with a violin concert by Lalgudi Jayaraman at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts Auditorium. Both performances will begin at 7 rt , p.m. featured Thursday Independent radio producer Scott How Do You Tell a Story with Sound? an evening of audio art Thursday at 8 p.m. in the Main Galley of the Salt Lake Art Center, 20 S. West Temple. The evening is by the Utah Media Center and by KRCL, where Carrier is currently audio artist in residence.
