times the rivers flood substantial parts of Bangladesh after each summer monsoon but the flooding has long been seen as a godsend because it spreads needed silt and soil on the countryBy side For the last two years however enormous floods have inundated the country The magnitude of last year's Hood was judged to occur only once every 70 years and experts say the flood this year — which has taken
