UTAH -Minm Lesley Grooms Holes died in local hospital October KAYSVILLE Russell W Bennett, 58, died Friday October 8. 1982 in an Ogden Hospita 0 cancer 1912. 6, She was born November 17, 1894 at Kansas City, Kansas to William Leslie and Lydia Shriv-e- r Grooms She ' was graduated , from Born Ogden High School and attended the University of Kansas and was graduated from the University of Utah in 1917. She taught English. French and dance at Heber City, Utah and at Spanish Eorfc High School. She marred G. Ray Hales. June V, 1923 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died in 1979. They lived in Spanish Fork, Utah were she was active in organizations of the LDS Church particularly with youth groups. She was a member of the Club there In 1941, they moved to Sprtngvilie. Utah where she was Relief Society President and active in the Delphian Society and the Alpha Beta Club. She read widely and enioved painting with oils. She is survived by daughter, AHeen Hales Clyde and Hal M. Clyde, SpringviHe; son, George G. Hales and daughter-in-law- , Helen Ash Hales, BlacMoot, Idaho; daughter-in-law, Barbara B Hales, Provo; two sons, Delbert R. Hales and Howard J.
