Dowell Tribune Staff Writer Amid the gatherings of the classes of '62 and '72, there was another reunion in Salt Lake County last week. Wliile Rita hadn't tried to contact anyone R during that time, the family of Owen and Florence Hughes had tried to track her down several times. Unknown to the family, Rita had remarried and moved with her third husband, Virgil Toliver, from San Diego to West Virginia, where Virgils family resides. He finally got through July 1 and explained over the air he was looking for Rita's family, leaving his number to call collect if anyone knew the family. As luck would have it. one of Ritas brothers.
