Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, May 9, 1917. Notice is hereby given that M. R. Johansen, whose postofflce address is ML Pleasant, Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the compiled laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the session laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to ap- propriate ten (10) cubic feet of water per second from Reeder Canyon creek, Emery County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south fifty-nine degrees thirty minutes east 33,000 feet from the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of Section Sec-tion 16, Township 16 south, Range 4 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed through a cut a distance of 148.5 feet where It is discharged into Canal creek and again recovered at a point which bears south thirty-five de- 1 grees east 2079 feet from the northwest north-west corner of the northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 16 south, Range 4 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, me-ridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 10,935 feet and there used from March 1 to June SO, Inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 541 acres of land embraced in the southeast south-east quarter of Section 4, Section 7, and northwest quarter of Section 16, township and range aforesaid. This application is designated n the State Engineer's office as No. 7012. i All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
