Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 1. 1917. Notice Is hereby given that Henry Melvln Peacock, whose post office address ad-dress Is Emery, Utah, has made application appli-cation in acordance with therequire-ments therequire-ments of the Compiled laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Slsslon Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1916, to appropriate two and ono-half (2&) cubic-feet af water per second from Ivy Creek, Sevier County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 6 degrees 66 minutes east 13,-070 13,-070 feet from the southwest corner of Section 15, Township 23 south, Itange 5 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 10.880 feet and there used from March 1 to October 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced In the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, the northwest quar- ter of the southeast quarter, nnd the I northeast quarter of the southwest quarer of Section 22, township and range aforesaid. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office of-fice as No. 7264. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the rensons therefor, must be made by affidavit 'n duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.60, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
