Rawlins, former for-mer United States senator, will act as exert advisor to the legislative committee com-mittee of the senate and Prof. W. G. Roylance of the University of Utah, it is understood, will be the selection of the house to aid its legislative committee. commit-tee. Both experts will co-operate with the committee from both houses, into whose hands will go all bills for de-cisons de-cisons as to whether they shall be printed.
