Show L . CLEVELAND Ed Jensen returned last week from Salt Lake. His wife will have to remain re-main at the hospital about a month longer. Mrs. Jane Litster visited last week at Helper also at the bedside of her daughter daught-er who is at the hospital at Kenilworth. The Primary Association will present pre-sent an opera entitled "The Golden Heart," interspersed with a program, on June day. The Mohrland orchestra gave a dance at the Davis hall last Saturday night. A large crowd was in attendance from all the neighboring towns. Mrs. Sarah A. Cowley is visiting relatives rela-tives at Storrs. ' Mr. and Mrs. James P. Johnson are attending the commencement exercises of the Carbon County high school, their daughter Emma being a 4th year graduate gradu-ate from that institution. Miss Ruth Whimpey, who was also a student there will not return home for her vacation, va-cation, she having employment at the telephone office. Mrs. Carrie Cowley returned last week to storrs after visiting for some time here with her parents. ELMO The stork visited the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Oviatt and Mr. and Mrs. Geo. F. Oviatt recently, leaving girls. All doing well. B. L. Oviatt is herding sheep at Colton. Joseph Jensen and son of Richfield paid Elmo a hasty visit. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Oviatt will give their wedding dance Friday, May 26th. Everybody invited. |
