He put the valentine Into an envelope “Out of one mix up and Into an- other” sighed the paper'lace “Cupid don’t dance so you will wrinkle me" “I’m so happy" sang Cupid “Humph!’ said the valentine and the paper lace together The envelope was soon opened and a little girl cried- - “Oh mother see the pretty valenttne Bobby sent me It is a cupid on the paper lace and Inside It says this: T have a Tis this Our young artists with one eye on the significance of the day and the other eye upon the youngsters who get the most fun out of it did some work in interpreting St Valentine's day Pedersen age 13 Salt like won first place for this most charming picture Lilly of a wee boy delivering a valen tine Notice the hearts on the curtains the heart-shape- d scutcheon and keyhole- the d leaves and flowers!
