oolorlng contest f r those children under 8 who wish io get In on The Tribune Junior fun we are finding a great many brand new names on our point list We are extreme! happy to have found a contest for these eager boys and girls This week the Judges had to give a great many places as so many excellent colored pictures were sent In First place went to Alice Barfces age 7 Salt Lake and to Betty Jo Smith age 4 Provo second place to Louise Hassell age 7 Mammoth and to Mary Jean Sorenson age 6 Logan Polly third places were awarded to Kath-erme Weske age 8 Salt Lake and to Beeler age 8 Ogden and honorable mention was given to the following: Roy Stapp age 6 Marys- Tale Jack Judd age 6 Rupert Idaho Marilyn Alder age 5 Salt Lake and Bud Peterson age 6 Lakepolnt Several nicely colored pictures were submitted by children over 8 years of age and a number had the names but no age upon them A very few little folks did not watch their crayons and ran over the outlines so that they didn't win any points this time but perhaps if they are more careful they will have better luck next week Now that Since we are’ wearing hats and dresses sponsored by her this season I think that we ought to know
