Show GO ABROAD AT THEIR PERIL. Naturalized Americans Not Assured Immunity From Military Service. Washington. Children born on American soil, whose parents have become naturalized American citizens, cannot be classed as possessing dual nationality and are not considered liable to military service under a foreign for-eign flag, the state department made clear in a statement Issued Thursday. While the department extends whatever what-ever protection it can to persons of dual nationality who enter the other country by which they are claimed, it does not assure them immunity from military service'. |
