Show NOTICE TO WATEIU'SERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, May 22, 1918. Notice is hereby given that the Buckhorn Land Company, with its principal office at Salt Lake City, I tan, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1303,1911, and 1915, to appropriate five thousand (5000) acre-feet of water fr-rm Bull Hollow, in Emery County. The application intends to conserve the tiood waters of the Cedar Mountains Mount-ains that are discharged by Bull Hollow Hol-low and part of the water flowing toward to-ward Desert Lake and store the same 1 during the entire year in the Buck- j hern Reservoir, embraced in Sees. 8. I 11, IT, 20, 21 and 29. T. 18 S., R. 10 E., I S.'dt Lake Base and Meridian. The j center of the impounding dam bears S. f , 7 " 5 & ' E. 641.5 ft. from the W'A corner of said Sec. 21. The water will be released from March 1 to De-cerril De-cerril tr 1 of each year and conveyed 1520 ft. in a ditch, where it will be divided di-vided and conveyed in two ditches a fur'her distance of 73,870 ft. and 5,299 ft. respectively, and used to irr.Kate 15,000 acres of land embraced in Sees. 17, 18, 19, 20, 28, 32. 33, 34, and 33, T. 18 8., R. 10 E.; Sees. 1 to 6 ir.cl.. 7 to 18 lncl., T. 19 8., R. 10 E.; Sees. , 7, and 18, T. 19 8 R. 11 E.; Sees. 11 to 14 incl.. 22 to 27 incl.. T. 19 8., It. 9 E. ; 8e.es. 13. 23, to 27 incl., S3, 34 and 35, T. 13 S., R. 9 E., 8. L. B. ' M. This application is designated !n me State Engineer's office as No. 7 a 4 it. All protests against the granting of aid application, stating the reasons theifor muat be made by affidavit 'n duplicate, accompanied by a fee of (-.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) dayB after the completion if the publication of this notice.
