The Union Central Life Insurance Company, a corporation, corpor-ation, Plaintiff, vs. A. W. Magnus-son Magnus-son as administrator of the estate of John J. Nordell, deceased, Fred F. Nordell, David G. Nordell, Alvin J. Nordell, Arthur C. Nordell, Edith E. Nordell, Elsie E. Nordell, Eva M. Nordell, Joseph A. Nordell, E. J. Harness, P. A. Dix, and B. S. Dix, the last three named partners as Van Meter, Harness & Co., Defendants. Defend-ants. To be sold at sheriff's sale on the 6th day of August, 1917, at 11.30 o' clock A. M., at the front door of the County Court House, in Castle Dale, Emery County, Utah, the following described real estate and property situate sit-uate in Emery County, Utah: The east half of the northwest quarter and the south half of the northeast quarter of section twenty-eight, twenty-eight, township nineteen south, range eight east of the Salt Lake Meridian, containing 160 acres. Together with one hundred shares of the capital stock of the Ferron Creek Irrigation & Reservoir Company, Com-pany, together with all ditch and water rights of every nature however evidenced, used with said land or belonging be-longing to same or to said mortgagors for use thereon. i O.
