Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 2 3, 1917. Notice is hereby given that Clara Howard Factor, Fact-or, whose postoffice address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amened by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate appro-priate eight (8) cubic-feet of Water per second from the East Fork of Fish creek, Emery county, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 2 degrees west 1 700 feet from the northeast corner of Section 19, Township 16 south, Range 8 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch for a distance dist-ance of 26,400 feet and there used from April 1, to August 31, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, to irrigate ir-rigate 320 acres of land embraced in the west half of Section 1, the northeast north-east quarter of Section 11, and the west half of Section 12, Township 17 south, Range 8 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used during dur-ing the entire year for domestic purposes. pur-poses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7234. ' All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
