Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah, May 29, 1917. Notice is hereby given that O. B. Larsen, whose postoffice address is Emery Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Lavi;s of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate 'four and five-tenths (4.5) cubic-feet of water per second from Ivy Creek, Sevier County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 6 degrees 56 minutes east 13,-070 13,-070 feet from the southwest corner of Section 15, Township 23 south. Range 5 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 5600 feet, and there used from March 1 to October 15, inclusive, inclu-sive, of each year, to irrigate 320 acres of land embraced in the southwest south-west quarter of the southeast quarter and the south half of the southwest quarter of Section 2 2, the west half of the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 27, and the northeast north-east quarter of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 28, township town-ship and range aforesaid. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7251. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons 'therefor, must be ninde by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
