Show NOTICE TO WATER USFRS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 1, 1917. Notice is hereby given that Henry Melvin Peacock, whose post odice address ad-dress is Emery, Ctah, has made application appli-cation in acordance with therequirc-monts therequirc-monts of the Compiled laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Sission Laws of Utah, 190 9, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate two and one-half (2) cubic-feet af water per second from Ivy Creek, Sevier County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 6 degrees 56 minutes east 13,-070 13,-070 feet from the southwest corner of Section-15, Township 23 south, Range 5 enst, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 10,880 feet and there used from March 1 to October 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, the northwest quarter quar-ter of the southeast quarter, and the northeast quarter of the southwest quarer of Section 22, township and range aforesaid. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office of-fice as No. 7264. All protests against the granting of taid application, stating the reasons Lherefor, must be made by affidavit :n duplicate, accompanied by a fee of 52.50, and filed in this office within hirly (30) days after the completion "f tbe publication of this notice.
