Show I NOTICE TO WATERUSERS 1 State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 24, 1917. Notice is hereby given that Marion L. Leonard, whose post-office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by 'he Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate one (1) second-foot of the high water of Deer Creek, in Emery Em-ery County. Said water will be diverted di-verted at a point which bears south 645S' west 3329 ft. from the northwest north-west corner of Township 17 South, Range 8 East, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means, of a ditch for a distance of 3500 ft. and there used, whenever available, from April 1 to October 31 inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 25 acres of land embraced in the northwest quarter of Section 6, township and range aforesaid. afore-said. This application is designated .n the State Engineer's office as No. 7421. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons herefor, must be made by affidavit n duplicate, accompanied by a fee of j2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion if the publication of this notice.
