Show Our War Intentions. We intend what our forefathers, the founders of this Republic, intended. intend-ed. We in America believe our participation par-ticipation in this war to be the fruitage fruit-age of what they planted. Our case differs from theirs only in this, that it is our inestimable privilege to concert con-cert wth men out of every nation what shall make not only the liberties of America secure, but the liberties of every other people as well. "There can be but one issue. The settlement must be final. There can be no compromise. No halfway decision deci-sion would be tolerable. No halfway decision is conceivable.
