May 21. 1912 I NOTICE is hereby (riven that the Coitonwoood Creek Consolidated Irrigation Company, by its president, James B. Crawford, whose postoffice address is Ora.Kreville. Utah, has made application in accordancewith the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah. 1907. as amended by the Ses- j sion Laws of Utah. 1909 and 1911. to appropriate twenty (2(1) cubic-feet of water per second from Cottonwood Creek, Emery Countv, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which I bears north 495.6 feet west 1314 feet distant from the southeast corner of Section 11. Township 18' south, Range 7 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, i from where it will be conveyed, by means of a canal for a distance of approximately 52,800 feet and there used during the period from January 1, to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate SsOl acres of land embraced in Sections 11 to 151 inclusive, IS. 19. 22. 23, 25. 26. 27 and 28. Township IS south. Range S east, and Sections 23 and 21 Township IS south. Range 7 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in tiie State Engineer's oltice as No. 4421. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by alfidavit in duplicate and file in this office within with-in thirty(30) days after the completion of the publication pub-lication of thi9 notice.
