Show Ellingsoifa patterns i For Firm Muscles - THESE ARE the days when people are beginning to drift out to the beaches. And with hot weather ahead more and more folks are showing up in shorts. All this is just fine excepting for the fact that after a winter of inactivity almost everyone needs to firm up his muscles. Firm them up that is, if he (or she) wants to make a good appearance in the brief summer clothes that have become so popular. Hollywood starlets tell us that they take 'a few minutes each day and pedal their way to a Venus like figure. So we have designed what we call a trim cycle. The pattern for building this cycle also includes a complete set of instructions for using it after its built. There are four different exercises, because you see, the cycle is used in other ways than that pictured. There are exercises for the shoulders, bust and arms, others for toning up the leg and abdominal muscles and still others for the back and waistline. The trim cycle can be built in a Ouplev of hours when you use the pattern.
