Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE. I SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, July II, 1911. I NOTICEiahereby given that JamesH. Mays. whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the require- mentsof the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as a-mended a-mended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate three (3) cubic feet of water per ! second from Deer Creek. Emery county, Utah. ; Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 1054 feet north of the south quarter corner of section 10, township 17 south, range 7 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it will be conveyed by means of a pipe-line for a distance of 7300 feet and there used during the period from January 1 to December 31. inclusive, of each year, for mine sprinkling and boiler uses. As much of said water as may be necessary, will be used during dur-ing the entire year for domestic purposes. The unconsumed water is returned to the natural channel, at a point 145 feet east of the north quarter corner of section U, township 17 south, range 7 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the state engineer's office as No. 3411. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
