TJfE PROBLEM of dropouts was discussed at the southern regional conference of the Utah State Conference on Social Welfare. A panel composed of students who had dropped out of high school told conference participants that teachers of the subject they teach and in ten show a lack of Interest In the learning welfare of the students.
