Show A .JOINT RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN A-..irlXUMt.NT A-..irlXUMt.NT OF SECTION 4, ARTICLE li, OK THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF UTAH. RELATING TO THE TAXATION OF MINES. Be it resolved and enacted by the Legislature of tne State of U.ah. two-thirds of all the members mem-bers ek-cted to each of the two houses concurring thOn: Section 1. That it is propose 1 to amend Section 4- of Article of the Constitution of the Statc-ol Statc-ol Utah, so that the tame will read a3 follows: 4.
