November 28 Arrest. Steven D. Morrison, American Fork, Utah. Mr. Morrison was stopped for speeding 76 in a 65. Upon further investigation it was found that Mr. Morrison had two warrants for his arrest out ofUtah County and Sandy City. He was transported to Garfield County Jail. November 29 Accident. Driver was driving to fast for existing road conditions and when he hit a patch of ice he lost control ofhis commercial vehicle and left the road to the left. The truck came to rest after rolling over some large boulders. November 30 Arrest. Landon Carter, St. George, Utah. Mr. Carter was . and was found to have two warrants for his arrest out of Washington County, one for minor consumption, and one for interfering with arrest. Mr. Carter was transported to Garfield County Jail. Drugs. Stasha Atkin, St George, Utah. Ms. Atkins was also in the vehicle with Mr. Carter. Upon further investigation was arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia and found to on her person was 34 of a pound of marijuana, and charged with intent to distribute. Arrest. Jeffrey Fullorton, St. George, Utah. Mr. Fullerton also a passenger in the vehicle driven by Mr. Carter was arrested for probation violation, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug parapherna- lia, and he was booked in Garfield County Jail. New forest supervisor named Mike Williams was named by Regional Forester Ellie Towns as the new Forest Supervisor for the Kaibab National Forest. Williams succeeds previous supervisor, Conny Frisch, who left the Forest Service last year in "November due to health reasons. Williams, 47, comes tothe Kaibab from the USDA Forest Service headquarters in Washington, DC, where he works as a planning for-ester on the Forest and Rangeland Staff.
