The following letter, which was sent to all candidates, is also an open invitation to all Kanab residents: You are cordially invited to participate' in Meet the Candidates Night for the upcoming municipal election. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. at the Kanab City Library. The format will allow each of the seven candidates for Mayor and City Council three minutes for an introduction and platform presentation followed by a response to the following four questions: What is your vision for the future of Kanab? What is your assessment of our local economy?
