Travis Orion Handleson of Scottsdale, AZ, was stopped by Trooper duff for having a burnt out license plate light. Upon contact with Mr. Handleson, Trooper Cluff smelled the odor of alcohol coming from the car. Mr. Handleson was arrested for driving with a drug metabolite and possession of marijuana.
