Show SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2000 Opinion 4 Dixie Speaks Known by his acts Every once in awhile, you meet a person who exemplifies the goodness and humanity of the Christian spirit, by providing physical service and not just lip service to others. The Southern Utah News would like to express its sincere appreciation to Lex Chamberlain for coming in every Wednesday morning to help us get the newspapers out. Since transportation from Richfield has changed to a later time, we often lose bur early morning teenage help to school, (those darn kids, where are their priorities, anyway?) So Lex has helped us fill in the gap, making our lives and your papers much more timely. And as usual, if you know Lex, he always does this kind act of service d attitude and free of charge. (Well, with a once in awhile, we do pay him a banana.) I remember when my elderly Mom was still alive, after a snow I called over to her house, and offered to have the boys or myself come over and shovel her walk. "Oh don't worry, Dix, Lex already did it this morning." Lex Chamberlain is just a good person, and one we could all learn a lot from. He possesses loving kindness and open communication, demonstrating not only his beliefs by his actions, but best of all, being a really good friend who we can talk to. Thanks Lex Chamberlain for are proud to call you and your family every thing-w- e our friends. good-nature- Letters to the Editor When we called and told him of Allisons passing, he said, Dont Ill be there to take care of What is your opinion1?
