With coach Fleshman are senior players Eddy, Misty Narramore, Sindi Johnston, Shelbie Chamberlain and Ashleigh Chamberlain. The jersey was presented to Autumn's parents, Jim and Pam Aziz. Baseball coach Mike Walker presented the Defensive Player award to Rory Brunner and the Offensive to Matt McFadden. Jerron Glazier was named the top pitcher. Girls softball coach Shane Campbell ramed Tiffany christensen his top Offensive Player and Tasha Lowe the Defensive star. Golf coach Curt Hawkins beamed while reporting his team's success at the state tournament where the Cowboys finished in second place, eclipsing the school record. State medal- ist Charles Hammon was named his top golfer. Track coach Sherida Allen pre-sent- ed Jerron Glazier and Coach of the Year 1 Booster of the Year Dan Watson was named Booster of the Year at the Cowboy Club Athletic Banquet. Board members Ken Brown and Barbara Button congratulate Watson. On May 5, a Blind Hole Tournament was held. Ardis Fern took first place in this event. May 12 was Beat The Pro Day. Five ladies beat the pro, with the use of their handicaps. These lucky ladies are: Gerthe Jensen, Ginny Bonnard, Charlotte Bamson and Sally Quinn. A Red, White and Blue Tournament was held on May 19. . Kathy Terrel took first place with 11a Hansen in second place. The days draw was for the least amount of putts, which was won by Ila Hansen. Starting in June the tee time for Ladies Day will be at 8'30 a.m. each Wednesday morning. All ladies in the area are invited to come and join us. On June 9 will be the Guys and Dolls 18 hole scramble. Any interested in playing should contact the clubhouse to be put on a list.
