Special guest speakers include: Robert L. Morgan P.E., Utah State Engineer. He will be speaking on converting agricultural water to municipal; D. Larry Anderson P.E., Director-Uta- h Division ofWater Resource, will present a paper on The Colos rado Perspective; Ronald Thompson, Executive Director of the Washington County Water Conservancy District and Brent Gardner of Alpha Engineering, will update you on the Lake Powell Pipeline. There will be a special panel discussion on critical water issues affecting Kane County. The public is invited to attend, ask questions, and learn about the pressing water issues in Kane County. The six members of the board of directors for the District will be in attendance throughout the day so that you can ask questions and find out about the many projects the district has been working on this past year.
