The Heatons, whose year long cowcalf operation in Mohave County, Arizona and Kane County, Utah, reside in Alton, Utah. They are part of a longterm family ranching business that spans three generations. Steve Rozelle discussed the appropriate codes and requirements. Mary Lawrence addressed the fact that Helen Banks has made improvements to the trailer. The Commission once again recommended action by the Council to have the Town Attorney draft a letter to Ms. Banks stating her two options: 1) Move the trailer, or 2) Meet the applicable requirements, just as all other resi- dents have to do. Lisa Nashhorse - It was determined that Lisa Nashs prop- erty is, indeed, large enough (just over 12 acre) to accommodate a horse.
