Permits required for camping at upper Bullfrog Bay weekend at Lake Powell with family and friends, in a safe, conscientious, law abidingman-ne- r, is a practice the National Park Service supports and encourages, said Superintendent Joseph F. Alston. All public facilities will be open and available, including launch ramps, lodging, and other marina facilities. The primary purpose of Bullfrog Marina is to allow access for boaters to Lake Powell. This access will not be affected, but with the numbers ofvisitors who come to the Bullfrog area over the Memorial Day holiday, visitors should come prepared for long launch lines and full parking lots. Ifyou plan on vehicle camping over Memorial Day weekend in the Upper Bullfrog Bay area of Lake Powell you only have two weeks left to obtain a permit to camp. All available permits have been issued for the Stanton Creek area and no additional permits will be issued for that area during the period May 22 through May 26. ne 1.
